Promoting Sustainable Development in Africa
Linkit Sustainability Initiative (LSI) enhances sustainability performance in Africa through evidence-based Solutions and Innovations that respond to sustainability challenges in Africa. It supports organisations to embrace sustainability throughout their strategies, policies and operations; and implements projects that address sustainability challenges at different levels. Its work spans sectors and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
LSI works with strategic partners and stakeholders like public and private sectors, academia, communities and grassroot organisations, to create and deliver innovative sustainability projects that address pressing sustainability challenges like climate change, faced by Africa.
Through research, partnerships, benchmarking, capacity building and training, awareness creation and innovation, LSI delivers its work, and supports organisations and communities in Africa to understand and deliver lasting sustainability change.

It also recognises that meaningful and lasting sustainable change can only be achieved through a balanced integration of social equity, environmental stewardship, and economic vitality. This is a core principle to its approach.
