Gervase is the Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary at New Vision Printing & Publishing Co. Ltd. He has previously held the position of chief internal auditor at the same organisation. He is also the director of the institute of Internal Auditors Inc., the Secretary General of Uganda Timber Growers Association and is a member of the Lion’s club international.

Michael is the Executive Director Refactory Limited. Michael is also the ICDL Africa Country Manager for Uganda. He is passionate and practices Leadership Development, Business Technology Strategy and Business Advisory services. He holds an MBA from MsM/ESAMI Business School and is a Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator.
He possesses 21 years of working experience in both the private and public sectors. Michael worked with Makerere University for 12 years in varied capacities as a researcher, trainer and head of Corporate Relations. He also worked with coffee exporting firm managing supply side operations in western Uganda. He has extensive consulting experience with government, private, regional and international institutions.
Michael was a member of the ICT Technical Working Group of the Presidential Investor Round Table and the Advisory group for the Government of Uganda on the 4th Industrial Revolution Technologies. He is a member of several technology innovation review panels both locally and internationally. He is a Rotarian and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of technology business leader

Caroline is a corporate Governance, Leadership and Management expert. She comes with 16 years expertise in Leadership Development, Empowerment coaching, Team coaching and mentoring. She is dedicated to driving growth and transformation for individuals and organisations and her impact is tangible and far reaching.
She is currently serving as the Board Secretary and leading the legal advisory services team at Uganda Registration Services Bureau.
Caroline holds an MBA with Administration -Leadership, and Management, coupled with a degree in Law. She is a distinguished graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) UK, an International Finance Corporation (IFC)Certified Corporate Governance Board Leadership Trainer, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She serves as a Board member on the ICF Uganda Charter Chapter Board, and the Board of the Women Probono Initiative. She is a member at The Boardroom Africa and the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
Caroline aspires to unlock individual’s full potential, especially mothers, in leadership and career. As the Team Lead at Anavah Consultancy, she collaborates with mothers and organizations to design initiatives aligned with their personal visions and work values. Her belief in the unique abilities of women and mothers fuels her drive to provide comprehensive support in their leadership journeys.She is a volunteer Mentor with Girls for Girls Uganda, empowering young women with the courage, vision, and skills to become exceptional leaders. She is a Coach and Facilitator with CivSource Africa's Grow Leadership Program, focusing on self-leadership, people management, financial acumen, legacy, and succession planning for young CEOs. She is also on the faculty of the CEO Summit, Coach Africa and Leading Board Africa.

Monica is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in program coordination and the creation of self-sustaining systems. As the Head of Program Coordination Unit, her expertise lies in coordinating multi-stakeholder programs that focus on economic empowerment and private sector as well as public sector engagement, collaboration and coordination. Her academic qualifications include a Masters of Research in Politics and International Relations, a Master of Arts in International Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies. Monica has developed core strengths in systems building, strategic leadership, partnership management, and capacity development.
One of Monica's core passions is her life mission to empower youth, particularly women, through skills development and resilience building. She believes that empowering women is key to unlocking the full potential of communities and creating sustainable change. Monica is also a board member for the KACITA Women Entrepreneurs League (KAWEL), where she is dedicated to promoting women's economic empowerment and entrepreneurship. Monica is focused on systemic problem-solving and intentional leadership and is dedicated to creating meaningful change and empowering others.
